Position Name: " Quality Validator/ Editor"
Job duties:
- Read Mystery Shopping reports’ content and validate errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Verify facts and ensure that the client’s standards/specifications are met as per the Guidelines / Scenarios
- Contact the Mystery shopper when needed and check if all elements were received by the shoppers
- Communicate with Shoppers and Quality Validator Coordinator
Job specifications:
Working Shifts: Flexible- WEEKDAYS/ WEEKEND
Working hours/ day: Minimum of 4 hours.
Joining Date: as soon as possible.
Requirements needed:
-Candidates must possess good communication skills and fluent in English and Arabic (Written and spoken) in order to edit effectively the reports in terms of Language, Grammar, Legibility.
- Attentive to detail.
- Good Computer skills.
-Experience: 1-3 years of experience in translation, editing..
-Education: Translation, Journalism, English literature or any related field - Very good communication skills
Pay rate: 15 AED per report (around 80 report per month)
