Duties and responsibilities not limited to:
· Recording loading and offloading time.
· Checking and tracking round trip.
· Checking and Record fuel tracking and trips of tankers.
· Record Attendance, Utilization and Over Time for drivers.
· Checking driver’s license and civil id status and record.
· Responsibilities of oracle work.
· Provide safety awareness for drivers.
· Ensure drivers are following and wearing PPE provided.
· Provide information to management in case of accident.
· Arranging drivers and tankers as per client’s requirement.
· Monthly report is shared with management and client.
· Every week sending fuel reports and justifying same to client.
· Day to day meetings with client to ensure smooth operation.
· Capability of communicating with client and working together to resolve the issue.
· Inspecting for any visual damages, condition, valid document of the asset and providing weekly report.
· Being flexible related timing since it is 24hrs operation.
