1. Answer the telephone pleasantly and correctly referring to the guest by name and repeats order to ensure accuracy.
2. Take order accurately and politely when customer comes in for take away order
3. Up sell items to costumer by suggesting food options and promoting special items while being courteous
4. Release order to the kitchen staff in charge and follow up that the order is served without delays
5. Obtain Field Operations Manager’s approval on all credit sales with full details about customer: name, company, telephone number, address, etc.
6. Give proper orders and addresses to the drivers
7. Notify the supervisor and the manager of any guest complaints and special inquiries
8. Check with kitchen about the “specialty of the day” and availability of items
9. Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)
10. Comply with restaurant health, fire, safety, and hygiene policies
