Collector:
- Prepare accurate records of all outstanding customers' payment.
- Prepare weekly customer visit plan, submit daily report to management on the collection.
- Handle tactfully customers who do not pay despite promises.
- Coordinate with finance and company lawyer on filing legal case against defaulters.
- Must be familiar with debt collection rules, regulations & laws.
