- Plan and ensure that the store sales targets are achieved consistently
- Maintain a daily updated benchmark of competitors
- Drive Sales and Marketing activities to ensure promotion of the existing and new brands.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, warehousing & distribution function for ensuring effective & efficient operations, service levels are met or exceeded & all activities are carried out within the financial budgets agreed with the Brand
- Ensure product availability and on time replenishment
- Develop and implement appropriate inventory management strategies taking into consideration – NPI’s, product life cycles, product positioning, demand variations and supply disruption risks
- Plan product pre-launches while using CRM to maintain loyalty
- Managing master data from product, customers, pricing, offers etc.
- Ensure a high standard of merchandising is maintained
