General

·        Responding efficiently and accurately to emails and callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that the clients feel supported and valued.

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Screening phone calls, Emails, inquiries and Requests.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics.

Internal Clients’ Calls

  • Being able to differentiate between emergencies that should be reported instantly and normal calls.
  • Following up with employees if their complaints were solved or not.

External Clients’ Calls

  • Handling and resolving customer Complaints regarding our products or services.
  • Following up with clients if their complaints were solved or not.
  • Making Random calls to customers to measure their level of satisfaction.
  • Providing customers’ with products and services information.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

Record-Keeping

  • Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Filing daily/weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Recording Details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions taken.
  • Entering new customer information in the system.

Reporting and Coordinating

  • Compiling all data and information to prepare daily reports.
  • Preparing and submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports or when required.
  • Submitting reports to the concerned departments.
  • Coordinating with internal departments.
  • Coordinating appointments with employees who need to visit the head office.
