· Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public according to company's standards and policies

· Approach and assist customers who enter the stores
· Sell, promote, and recommend the right products and services to customers
· Perform cross selling and up selling techniques
· Report customer complaints to store supervisor or customer service team
· Report any potential safety issues, maintenance or repair requirements to location supervisor
· Aware of all company on going promotions, advertising campaigns and events
· Assist other staff when needed
· Report any potential health or behavioral problems involving the animals to store supervisor
· Perform all cashier duties when needed
· Have full knowledge for all products, services, brand names, and product location on shelves.
· Report product discrepancies, damages and problems to the superior and merchandising team
· Ensure correct discount guidelines are followed
