IT Innovation and Service Delivery manager reviews business processes and identify digital transformation and innovation proposals to the senior management. Review status of service delivery with customer and internal team. Monitor and streamline service level agreements between IT and internal customers. His responsibilities includes:
1. Design, Prototype and showcase solutions to enhance current business processes or automate new processes within the operational departments.
2. Work with external vendors to review solutions and propose best-in-class solutions for the group.
3. Monitor multiple projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints.
4. Monitor the Progress of all deliverables during the project(s) lifecycle ensuring IT deliverables meet expectation of time, cost and quality.
5. Provide inputs on existing technology portfolio for innovation balancing exploration with ROI.
6. Develop an innovation roadmap in enabling key capabilities of ICT team members and customer outcomes.
7. Monitor support levels provided by the Application team to the end-users, create weekly reports.
8. Define Service Level Agreements for the services offered by the Application team and ensure adherence to the SLA.
9. Coordinate with business and internal teams through periodic meetings in order to identify and rectify operational issues.
10. Manage the development of the software tools to automate and /or support the information systems development and database administration activities.
11. Participate in working committee/s formed to study, evaluate or making decision as and whenever needed.
12. Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures set by user management.
13. Manage the Quality Assurance activities and controls in order to provide quality products and services.
14. Develop tools and techniques for distributing tasks according to the skills of every team member and to evaluate the performance of all team members.
15. Ensure Internal Communications Strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team.
16. Achieve all Change Management requirements during project Delivery and ensure that all Change of Scope or project specific Modifications and Customizations are documented, approved and managed effectively.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.
- Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
