  • Responsible for coordinating the F&B Administrative activities within Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons F&B Administration Department by ensuring that activities related to coordination, administration and communication of duties are implemented in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies, while complying with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons Policies and Procedures.
  • Implement and execute all necessary secretarial duties and support for the Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons F&B Administration Department.
  • Maintain, update and coordinate all F&B Management calendars and appointments.
  • Manage the F&B Department’s time and attendance system and ensure it is accurate and delivered on a timely basis.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all team members.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration Department.
  • Identify, rectify or report F&B Division’s equipment malfunctions.
  • Raise Purchase Requests for the F&B Administration Department and ensure final sign off by the F&B Administration Manager.
  • Handle and follow up on all F&B shipment orders, cash vouchers, supplies and ensure all are delivered on time.
  • Provide updates on company policies to all F&B Division’s Employees.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing F&B correspondence including guest's feedback promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all F&B records, financial report and Employee details.
  • Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for, a project or specific set of tasks related to a function or program or department/business unit. 
  • Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties.
  • May monitor and reconcile budget(s) including grants, maintains financial documentation, provides information, research, statistics, and analysis.
  • Makes recommendations on expenditures towards a defined budget. 
  • Report any updates or pertinent issues that need addressing to the office manager.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
