- Assist in presenting online and online campaign ideas and concepts to clients in line with client's requirements and core messages.
- Participate in client briefing sessions, regards day-to-day online and offline brand projects, launches and annual plans.
- Assist Senior Account Management in preparing research, briefing to creative, internal brainstorming and the preparation of related online and offline strategies to be presented to the clients.
- Monitor the quality of the material to reach to the best visual advertising.
- Approve and oversee all deliverables ensuring that they are on-brand, on-strategy.
- Review clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance.
- Coordinate and follow-up with clients to discuss and identify online and offline advertising requirements.
- Check media channels daily for campaigns in offline and online and collect competitor information.
- Coordinate with the agency and clients to recommend an appropriate advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Participate in presenting campaign ideas to the client along with Senior Account Management and the creative team.
- Maintain clients approval on the minutes of meeting by prepare it and approve it by Senior Account Manager in terms of duration, cost,..... etc.
- Work with Senior Account Manager to brief creative team, production and research staff, to assist in formulation of marketing strategies.
- Liaise with and act as a link between the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contacts, ensuring effective communication flows.
- Maintain and build effective business relationships with key personnel in various departments and with clients to ensure smooth running of the accounts.
- Update client and Senior Account Management on progress on all active projects and meetings by prepare and submit status report (weekly / daily).
- Follow up with clients for estimation approval or modification of advertising requirements and invoices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.
