Your Job is: To utilize customer service and sales skills on the phone/web to receive food orders and send it to the restaurants for well-known brands served in delivery business such as Burger King,Pizza Hut, Kabab-Ji, Apple bees and Taco Bell
You spend:
100% of your time – supporting internal & external customers in taking phone/web orders and upselling products
You will know you’ve done a great job if:
- You am in Contact Center 6 days a week
- You have met all my KPI’s
- You don’t have any operator mistakes
- You live and promote Kout Food values and Culture
- You work in coordination with my team
