- Supervise all activities at Warehouse and Stores including receiving, storing, stock movement, stock counting and issuing of stock.
- Monitor the process of receiving, unpacking, packing, loading, issuing, storing and delivering.
- Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
- Identify the stock availability, maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements, and keep track of inventory levels .
- Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.
- Monitor storage conditions, environmental control and cooling and ensure that inventory materials are protected.
- Monitor regular stock checks, examine and inspect stock items for any discrepancies, expiry or defects, and dispose defective, damaged and expired items accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain an efficient and up-to-date computerized store management & automatic replenishment system.
- Monitor automated warehousing system.
