BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:
- Ensure stock levels and estimates meet Range Plan and business financial budget requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Formulate aged inventory report/monitoring and prepare action plan to liquidate.
- Updating space planning system and prepare action plan to increase the fixtures efficiency.
- Create replenishment order and send it to Merchandiser for approval.
- Create stock transfers and send it to Merchandiser.
- Prepare monthly merchandising plan in coordination with buyers and VM and send it to Merchandiser.
- Fortnightly should visit store.
- Liaise with showrooms on daily basis.
- Issue weekly trend report.
- Monthly warehouse visits.
- Issue monthly zero stock list and send it to all the showrooms and merchandiser will take action on it.
- Issue sales analysis and order alert sheets daily and maintain a tracking sheet.
- Maintains strategic relationships with team and all key departments.
- Be an ambassador for Fantasy World Toys at all times
