- Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT out of 6 years in implementing and managing ECM solutions
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging ECM products and solutions
- Technical and functional skills in an open-systems environment
- ECM technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts
- Project management experience involving in a large system deployment
- Analyze business needs, processes and provide ECM expertise for assigned area
- Conduct ROI and business value assessments
- Perform feasibility studies, analyzing manual systems and procedures.
- Ensure proposed new systems integrated fully with other live system and recommend modifications and improvements as necessary
