As an Audio Visual Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of all the AV systems throughout the properties managed by Tamdeen Mall Management. You will manage the day to day technical operations, making sure effective systems are put in place to ensure the correct implementation of department policies and procedures so that all Health and Safety regulatory requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical/installation Support & supervision in all AV systems which includes LED Panels, Projectors, Media Players, Controllers, AV racks, Signal Convertor & Connectors, Servers, Content Management Software, etc.
- Support, Troubleshoot, Repair and Maintain AV Systems.
- Maintain records and report during breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with other departments whenever required during maintenance/troubleshooting.
- Promote good working practices and maintaining high levels of production values at all times within the Department.
- Undertake basic maintenance duties as required, to ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety requirements and all staff is informed.
- Deputies for the Facility Manager when on annual leave.
