Job Brief: We are looking for a smart candidate that is looking towards gaining new experience in the retail field. Candidates must have good Excel knowledge and is willing on improving their skills. The selected candidate will check daily sales and compare them with the system along with maintaining petty cash and overseeing cash and item inventory.
enter new stock coming from abroad, entering customer information, creating relevant reports, and has a strong sense of following up with other management teams. The candidate will also oversee inventory and stock control using inventory methods.
- Maintaining ledgers.
- Training staff of using the POS system.
- Checking employee time cards and calculating salaries.
- Following up on petty cash differences from the stores.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
