- Setting up, running, calibrating, cleaning and testing the sterility of lab equipment
- Preparing solutions or reagents to be combined with samples and to run tests (manual tests)
- Educate and train the customer about the application of reagents/ kits of the lab equipment.
- Prepare presentations on lab products and equipment including technical aspects and test running for the customer to support the pre-sale process.
- Handle troubleshooting related to application of the tests in full coordination with maintenance team.
- Maintains daily a sound reporting system to ensure the optimum communication of all information to concerned team members
- Developing an in-depth understanding of company medical equipment and consumables.
- Keeping abreast of new products in the company’s Lab portfolio and presenting them to concerned sales and business development teams.
