• Records business activities and prepares periodic financial statements that inform top management about the profit & lost in the company.
• Monitors the financial progress of the operation, computes operating fixed and variable costs and compares such costs to budgets.
• Provide variance analysis reports to top management.
• Reports periodic financial statements to a company's finance manager and ensures that accounting procedures and systems are adequate and functional.
• Constantly searching for ways to minimize the expenses incurred by the business.
• Identifying areas of waste within the organization or seeking out saving solutions.
• Monitor the expenditures of the various departments within a business to ensure that they are within their budgetary limits.
• Reviewing cost reports prepared by managers and supervisors to make sure they are operating within their financial limits.
• Monitor all banquet evens order and ensure the prices meets the prices set by managements.
• Assist in the monthly inventories count.
• Establish and maintain a database for the hotel's inventory STOCK including up-to-date pricing.
• Ensure proper storage of all items.
• Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system.
