System Administrator Job Description:
Is to maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware, and networks with tasks that include and not limited to :
- Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Administrating, troubleshooting and Support for Corporate Day to day (PC / Wifi / Printers /Internet Maintenance ) tasks, as well as supporting corporate Servers (HP,Dell), VM Environment, mail-server , call-server and storages
- General understanding of Network concepts such as IP addresses spaces, load balancers, firewalls, (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP).
- To engage with customers to site visit/survey, troubleshoot, address and debug systems issues and perform Hardware maintenance tasks.
- Engage with vendors/suppliers to drive to solution
