- Consolidation of the status of all active projects
- Maintain project schedules and documentations
- Custodian of all project documents across assigned projects/portfolios
- Participate in team and client meetings and support meeting minutes
- Publish plan vs actual status across projects/portfolios
- Participate in key management meetings
- Support & coordinate with project managers to consolidate the project/portfolio updates for all management meetings
- Ensure PMs update the project folders & project tools with the latest updates
