Responsibilities
Database Tasks
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize database performance.
• Create & manage tables, stored procedures & function.
• Update the scripts with business logic.
• Coordinate with backend team for new business requirement.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Administer all database projects and optimize the database.
• Analyze all database statistics and recommend changes if required.
• Monitor all internal and external data feeds for systems.
Website & CMS Tasks
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
• Test and deploy applications to web server.
• Maintenance of existing systems.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
• Design the architecture of WebApi data to communicate with Android & iOS applications.
• Test the code developed by team members & perform code merge.
• Use the Cryptography security, Encrypt/Decrypt the codes.
Support Tasks
• Support customer queries in case of any technical support from Knet or from Concept web server.
• Query the list of items purchased, decrypt the vouchers on demand
• Distribute the stock between iCards and VAS
• Upload the Stock to our common data store (used by iCards, VAS, FunTech)
• Verify the payment logs in case of incomplete response from payment gateways.
• Develop customized application & CMS for call center team.
Android Tasks
• Create and manage native android apps using Android studio & Java.
• Create app updates, including bug fixes and additional features.
• Publish Android app to play store
• Handle remote data via REST APIs & JSON data format
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Skills Required
Database Technical Skills
• MS SQL Server database.
• Stored procedure, functions.
• SQL Job management.
• SQL Performance tuning.
• Build Json data structure from SQL queries.
Website Technical Skills
• Visual Basic & C# language.
• ASP .Net Web forms, WebApi, MVC, Windows Forms.
• Task Schedulers.
• Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3
• Payment Gateway Integrations (Knet, Credit Card, Wallet, Cash on delivery)
• Inter-server communication
• Web server management & trouble shooting server
• Experience on data formats Json and XML.
Android skills
• Experience with Android development tools such as Android Studio, APIs, Material Design, Android SDK.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Develop apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices.
• Familiar with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
• Knowledge in publishing app to Google Play Store.
