- Deliver customer service to Company & host brand standards including food & beverage preparation & housekeeping.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude & connecting with the customer.
- Discover & responds to customer needs
- Act with integrity, honesty, & knowledge that promote the culture, values & mission of Kôfē - Espresso Bar.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep Store operating to standard, and to set a positive example for the Shift team.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for queues.
- Communicate information to Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the second-place environment during each shift.
- Provide quality beverages, Coffee Capsules, whole bean & food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe & presentation standards.
- Follow Health, Safety & Sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Recognize & reinforce individual & team accomplishments by using existing Organizational methods.
- Follow daily objectives to ensure Store is clean, stock is rotated & merchandised according to Company Policy & Procedure.
- Maintain a clean & organized workspace so that Coworkers can locate resources & product as needed.
- Assist with new hire training when necessary.
- Assist with new Barista training by positively reinforcing successful performance & giving respectful & encouraging coaching as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing change in Barista behavior that might signal potential problems or changes in Barista morale & performance & communicate the changes to the Store Manager
- Ensure cash handling & Loss Prevention Policies & Company Procedures are followed at all times.
- Follow brand Operational Policies & Procedures, including those for Cash Handling & Safety & Security, to ensure the safety of all Coworkers during each shift.
