Operational
· Ensure employee complaints and grievances are addressed through appropriate processes and disciplinary actions are taken promptly, fairly and in accordance with the company policy and Kuwait Labor Law.
· Ensure performance management systems are in place in order to measure and manage employees’ performance.
· Monitor implementation of performance appraisal system and incentive scheme and provide orientation / assistance to Line Manager.
· Manage and supervise all company licenses and time for renewal as per Admin department schedule (commercial license, health license, fire license, advertisement license, accommodation, transportation, etc.
· Develop organizational learning needs and solutions.
· Develop and maintain grade and salary structure, career path and succession plan.
· Advise management and other department heads on HR and employee relation matters.
Strategical
· Supervise the development and revision of HR policies and procedures, including manpower planning, recruitment, leave, payroll, learning & development, performance evaluation, rewards, compensation & benefits while ensuring they cover company needs and are cascaded down throughout the organization.
· Coordinate with business unit Managers to develop and consolidate HR department budget.
· Advise on actions to improve HR functionality.
· Monitor employment market trends, market salary and benefit rates and competitor packages in order to adapt company salary brands and company practices and procedures.
· Supervise and advise on organizational structure and manpower budgeting.
Managerial
· Build team spirit and provide motivation and guidance to the HR team.
· Supervise the work of the various HR functions.
