Responsibilities
- To participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, procedures, and programs that in align with the strategic goals of the Company.
- To support areas related to Talent management such as the performance appraisal framework, employee reward schemes (e.g. base pay, incentives, reward schemes, and employee benefits) and employee development programs.
- To support areas related to recruitment and employee relations.
- To recommend areas for improvement by collecting, analyzing, and reviewing information related to HR.
- To prepare all reports and correspondences related to HR functions.
- Participate in review and updates of Job descriptions and Org. Structure.
