- Coordinating with Operation Director for IP networking project.
- Plan, organize, and manage staff of network operation group in handling all related IP network infrastructure projects, work orders, SLA, and trouble tickets.
- Plan and manage of SLA and network projects to achieve objectives within a set of time, budget and prioritize effectively.
- Provide and present a project/work-order status and financial report in a timely manner every month.
- Handles and approve staff’s time sheets, expenses, vacation leave, OT and other related network’s activity.
- Responsible in providing and allocating of professional service in accordance with presales/engineering requirements for upcoming network projects and work orders.Handles and validates all network related Purchase Orders approval.
- Provides technical support for network staff on all IP network related issue.
- Customer meeting for technical and design review.
- Project Tracking and Progress reports for the ongoing projects.
