Our Company is looking for a candidate who is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Responsibilities:
-Respond to mails and correspondences on behalf of the company in a timely manner.
-Greeting clients and visitors as necessary
-Maintaining office supply inventory
-Perform General Admin duties as requested.
-Maintain and update vendor list for Materials & Services.
-Organize & Maintain Company Databases.
-Process regular and periodic confidential documentation
-Generate RFQs, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes & Disburse Payments as required.
-Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by Management.
