- Prepare Offers/Sales Orders/Delivery Note/Price List for all Sales Engineers / Salesmen, with a direct contact with Customers for further support whenever required
- Support with Technical Details required by all Sales team/s and customers as sought
- Achieve 24Hrs Response/Turnaround on all Enquiries
- Create & Maintain a consistent form of Offers/Submittals
- Share / Review Customers history regularly
- Work on Relevant Prices Comparison, stock Analysis
- Appropriately Delegate/Schedule tasks of after sales/workshop team
- Ensure to review with direct manager/delegators on standard services charges/schedule
- Demonstrate Positive attitude , Comply at all time to Company's Culture , express acceptance towards Positive changes & Propose suggested changes if any
- Consistently follow the procedures from Lead Generation, Weekly Reporting, to Deal Closing & Sales Orders, job opening, job closing
- Ensure to Self Educate about existing/acquired products & Periodic Products analysis, Share Market/Product Knowledge with Own/Other Teams
- Ensure to Contribute/Attend/Comprehend Existing/Acquired Products Knowledge
