Prepares production plans and schedules as per the instruction of production planning head that will ensure continuous rolling mill operation. Prepares all the daily/monthly reports and monitor the actual production and report to department head if any abnormalities.
Prepares the Rolling Mill-1 production schedule.
Monitors actual production data
Prepares weekly summary of production performances.
coordinates with all concern departments for production schedule implementation including the updated and revision if any..
Prepares the billet requirement as per production schedule.
Inform/advise daily concern departments on billet and rebar status.
Reviews the daily production, delays, sales order, dispatch report.
Prepares Material Flow Report, Chairman, AMD and Daily Production v/s Plan Report.
Prepares data for monthly technical report for Rolling Mill-1.
Update the department’s document for ISO requirements.
Perform any other job assigned by Production Planning Head
