- Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufatures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters,and lubricationsetc.
- Inform to foreman if find any abnormality.
- Basic awareness of equipment management controls.
- Awareness of cooling tower operations and repair potential problems.
- Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc.
- Capable of solving problems individualy.
- Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units.
- Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment
