- Develops the sales and marketing strategy and plans, policies and processes for the department with input from the Division Manager and ensures their effective execution.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Aligns sales targets with the strategic business plan and annual budget.
- Responsible for implementing strategic initiatives related to the area of specialty to support achieving BU’s strategic goals and objectives, and measures and reports on KPIs (incl. achievement of sales targets)
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct ad-hoc functions assigned by the Business Head.
- Prepare proposals and detailed costing and prepare contract documents for review by reporting manager prior to negotiation with clients
- Achieve targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients making sure to achieve customer satisfaction and sales target
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs to improve and acquire new businesses.
- Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth
- Perform other duties as requested by Business Head.
- Improve group market position and to achieve company’s financial growth in line with business growth targets. Explore the potential market, identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close Sales deals to attain financial goals of company.
- Sales manager must maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and be responsible for maintaining Group cooperate identity and customer relations.
- Sale Manager will also be responsible to recommend and develop new businesses coming into the company, research the market, build relationships with new clients, plan approaches and presentations and provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.
