Provides leadership and support to the Operations team and Office Staff on all HR systems and assists in implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Builds capability of key customers in all aspects of Human Resources management. May be responsible for the supervision of other HR staff. Key customers include the Human Resources team, Restaurant Management and Office Staff.
Participates in the development of HR strategies.
Analyzes cost and benefits of HR programs and identifies highest impact programs and best use of resources.
