Responsibilities
a. Understanding the SRVME concept and business model
b. Communicate and record customer complaints; via phone/email and accordingly solve the constraints in accordance to the business’s policy
c. Recording and communicating “App Bug” to management
d. Monitor and follow up on job orders
e. Assign & re-assign job orders
