- Evaluate the functionality of business applications and ensure timely updates / upgrades to the systems in a controlled manner, as required.
- Manage all stages of business application development and integration projects.
- Provide technical and functional leadership in the design and development of Business Applications as well as identify suitable new and emerging technologies, develop business cases.
- Manage the implementation of corporate departments/business unit’s specific business software.
- Review and assess new business requirements.
- Build and manage an exceptional relationship and partnership with external third-party service providers .
- Act as the in-house expert on all software applications issues and provide advice and training.
- Oversee programmers and applications development teams’ tasks.
- Follow up and monitor the testing process within application development projects.
- Lead and direct the development of system documentation and procedures .
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
