- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and sales initiatives for Company’s products by increasing market demand and generating revenue for the assigned category products; ensure successful achievement of objectives of the Sales department.
- Identify and develop potential new sales opportunities for effective market penetration of Company’s products to deliver on revenue, growth, and profit and market share.
- Follow up with business enquiries and new referrals from private & government medical facilities & corporate organizations by organizing product awareness campaigns in client facilities or Company’s showrooms; monitor sales generated through current and new referrals.
- Perform daily sales activities such as initiating & conducting regular product demonstrations & presentations to market new and existing product lines of Company’s at client premises (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense, Patient Helping Fund, charitable organizations, private hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, private companies, schools or direct end users, etc. as per product category) and provide training as and when required.
- Conduct referral daily visits with new & existing clients/customers to ensure propagation of Company’s products; meet with consumers/ direct end user of the product for patient assessment to identify customer requirements & product specifications.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with existing and potential clients/customers by delivering exceptional customer service, taking into consideration requirements with physicians, conducting trials & installation of products & effectively following up in collaboration with the Service Center in order to build a strong customer base and acquire referrals to maximize Company’s sales revenues.
- Prepare and submit final quotations, tenders and proposals to clients with pricing and agreement details; confirm orders with Purchasing Department; provide final payment details to the Collections department; follow up on submitted quotations on a regular basis.
- Comply with guidelines of Company’s and Ministry of Health for all documentation procedures for supplier-product registrations, agency registrations, quotations, delivery notes, installations reports, invoice formats etc.
- Track sales performance of different category product lines in respective showrooms by compiling and analyzing sales figures in coordination with Marketing Representatives.
- Create and develop integrated programs and campaigns in alignment with new product launches, co-marketing campaigns, existing product up-sell and cross-sales, and new market development. Participate in the introduction & establishment of new product line and assist to manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan to sustain growth after market absorption.
- Coordinate with Showroom sales team to improve product category sales; follow up with showrooms for sales enquiries and response to new & existing product lines; review cross over & product performance; recommend replacement if necessary.
- Conduct effective market research; monitor local competition; identify market requirements for current and future products and services.
