we are looking to hire the best candidates for the job for salesladies for a bakery shop that we own in kuwait city. The candidates should have a background work history in a bakery/chocolate shop/pastry shop/cafe with an experience of 2-3 years at least
Qualities required
- Experience in operating on the POS system.
- Can speak english and basicArabic at least (To understand the customers who cannot speak in english).
- Understanding the products in the store and explaining that properly to the customer.
- upselling the items in the store in order to reach the sales target.
- Welcoming customers to the store once they arrive.
- Organizing and paperwork or documents and keeping the area always clean and neat.
