Reports to the Operation Director. He is responsible of managing and controlling the Gym’s
operation. He is in charge of safe guards the company’s assets and the well fare of the investment,
in accordance with standards, objectives and plans established by the Board of Directors. He
operates with direct responsibility on all the facts of the business including the financial and the
administration.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible of assuring the proper application of corporate goals and plans. He will make
sure that these goals and plans are established and implemented on good solid business
manners via the team efforts of all departments.
- Supervise effectively his team, set goals for each and accomplish results. He will set up and
implement operating procedures.
- Responsible of, training, schedules, supervise, manage all employees and handle all
concerns and disputes within his respected areas.
- Inspect and make sure all information and records for membership are complete and turned
over to management. Ensure all changes of information is correctly filled out and submitted
to management and sales records are always accurate and complete.
Operation Manager
- Maintain at all time a good appearance all over the facilities, friendly attitude to
all members, and emphasize the proper attire must be worn with nametag on.
- Inspect and make sure all information and records for membership are complete.

- Responsible of assuring the computer system working and functioning all the
time and the weekly back up is done.
- Responsible of maintaining the internal public relation with all members.
- Receive and handle all members’ complains in his areas and seek other
departments’ help for complains pertaining to their areas.
- Responsible of the Maintenance and Front Desk Department full function.
- Develop a preventive maintenance program and handle suppliers’ maintenance
agreements.
- Responsible of all administrative function including the front desk, kids club
and the juice bar.
- Prepare and submit the monthly status report that will outline the main activities,
problems, plans of action to his supervisor with a copy to the Operation
- Director. He will keep the Operation Director informed of all communication
regards the Gym’s happenings.
