Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced maintenance manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
The job role includes:
- Grow existing team and build their skill sets
- Track and manage KPIs of teams and individuals
- Track inventory and forecast future material needs
- Assess team members periodically and take appropriate action
- Approach suppliers and close deals with them
- Conduct pricing analysis on services and materials
- Build and train a team for VRV/VRF systems (must have strong knowledge of VRF systems)
- Able to recruit staff for electrical, appliances and plumbing.
