Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to the following:
- Coordinate with CITG teams on daily basis for effective administration of Information Security Software specified in Attachment No. 2 to the Form of Tender;
- Perform operations related to Information Security Service Desk Risk Assessments for new/ existing solutions pertaining to IT & OT environments using the software tools and subscription services specified in Attachment No. 2 and Attachment No. 3 to the Form of Tender.
- Access provisioning requests.
- Handle Information Security queries, and prepare specialized responses to different requesting stakeholders.
- Attend technical trainings related to the Information Security software/ tools (Attachment 2 & 3 to the Form of tender) and related capabilities that shall be provisioned as part of this contract.
