- Prepping vegetables and other ingredients in exact proportions
- Packing ingredients as per recipe
- Labelling ingredients as per recipe
- Ensuring all ingredients are included inside meal kit
- Clean and prepare containers for the packing
- Stack and pile items into racks and shelves
- Keep the area neat and clean
- Separate the damaged or spilled item
- Fill out forms and papers to record measurement, weight, and product count
- Seal and label each container
- Move completed meal kits for dispatch
- Count items and review packing list with the ingredients to make sure all the items have been packed correctly
- Tag containers with the marking tools
- Separate the frozen/perishable items to make sure the quality is not compromised
- Keeping all perishables and non-perishables in an arranged manner for easy access
