- Benchmark City group co. compensation & benefits policies and practices against market & external competitiveness.
- Manage & execute process of job evaluation & grading structure as per international standards.
- Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for existing and new positions.
- Develop C&B policies, procedures & process mapping in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage all employee benefits such as medical insurances, mobile connectivity services, company vehicle & other allowances etc.
- Assist HR director to implement performance management system through KPIs settings, bonus and incentive schemes.
- Process employee promotions/employment change of status, manpower planning & allocation and review monthly payroll and End of service calculation.
- Prepare & submit weekly/monthly C&B and HR related reports and analytics as requested by management.
- Review and update employee C&B details in the system and maintain high confidentiality.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned and instructed by HR director.
