1. Identify, log and resolve technical issues with software applications, OS issues and Hardware
1. Troubleshoot issues faced by end users remotely, and provide onsite support when necessary
2. Provide enhanced support for VIP end users designated.
3. Build, install, Troubleshoot and maintain desktops PCs, laptops and VDI machines in accordance with department standards,
4. Install, configure, Troubleshoot and support all desktop applications such as (MS Office, Skype for Business, OneDrive, HDD to HDD Imaging, printers, scanners, firmware updates)
5. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and Health Checks of PCs and peripherals and any other hardware
6. Support other teams such as network, telecom, systems, developers.
7. Perform the below Endpoint Management tasks:
8. Perform remote Support and Management of the End Users
9. Perform remote software distribution
10. Handle Patch Management for End User PCs across Offices and branches
11. Push OS Updates which address discovered Vulnerabilities
12. Validate Successful Software Installations
13. Maintain Up-to-Date Endpoint Inventory in the Client Management tool
14. Ensure that work is carried out within agreed SLAs and in accordance with the department and bank's guidelines
15. Prepare reports related to end user support calls
