- Following up the patient’s nutritional assessment and food habits.
- Following up the estimation of patients’ needs according to each case individually and preparing dietary programs and guide lines.
- Carrying out required task related to profession.
- Sets annual goals and objectives for the Health and Nutrition Program
- Directs daily operations of nutrition programs and ensure patient and client satisfaction levels are met.
- Executes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to other departments; and collects and reports outcomes.
- Develops, reviews, and adapts therapeutic and modified diets to meet the needs of individual patients and/or clients in Kuwait hospital with health staff.
- Maintains records, prepare reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
- Develops policies, procedures, and standards for institution clinical nutrition programs.
- Provide expert knowledge on all medical nutrition programs and assist to resolve issues and provide feedback for same.
