Where Do You Fit In?
- We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Advanced Field Service Engineer to be based in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for all DCS and ESD System Support capabilities on the client site.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
- Perform Preventative, Corrective, Emergency maintenance services in DCS & ESD Systems with strict adherence to the customer work permit and HSE policies for 100% reliability of the system.
- Independently troubleshoot and solve complex system issues with zero LOC & LOV incidents
- Follow Honeywell standards procedures interface with GTAC and DE teams for quick resolution
- Perform necessary upgrades & Migrations per GTAC guidelines
- Actively interface with customers with formal written & Email communication
- Issue periodic service reports & get approval on additional activities & time
- Coordinate with cross functional groups inside Honeywell for all requirements
- Assist manager as required
- Be willing to work full time in site & provide 7 X 24 emergency support
