- Record Maintain cash receipt entries in the financial system and prepare physical vouchers as required.
- Prepare Daily sales report Cash & CC of all sales in excel and maintain data in physical files.
- Provide the management on daily basis the cash report and month-to-date billing status.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Guarantee accurate accounting of the receiver of the material and issue.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Perform any other duties or functions that may be deemed necessary to achieve the requirement of the department, higher management, or company objectives.
