- Supervise Company’s accommodation to make sure employees are following the Accommodation rules and regulations
- Ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation, carrying out regular spot checks
- Maintaining files on all apartments to include full apartment inventory
- Maintenance records and loss/damage reports
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferable)
- Transferable Residency
- At least basic Command of English Language (speaking & writing)
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- Valid driving license (car or motorcycle)
