1. Set up and operate rotational molding machines independently to produce various products.
2. Supervises and coordinates daily mold setting and process adjustments.
3. Assigns tasks to assistant operators and identifies methods for coordinating the workflow
4. Conducts in-process inspections and verification of finished parts so as to ascertain continuous
part and process quality conformance
5. Verifies set-ups to achieve optimum quality results
6. Investigates malfunction of machines and equipment to determine need for repair
7. Monitors instrument controls, checks product quality and makes adjustments as required.
8. Maintains work area(s) and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
9. Responsible for assigned shift operation.
Job Details
A) Regular (Daily / weekly):
1- Responsible for safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
2- Must be able to safely and efficiently use hand tools and operate machinery and controls.
3- Maintains daily production and other records as required.
4- Performs secondary operations on molded product as required (compounding & Pulverizing).
B) Infrequent ( Monthly / quarterly / annually) :
1. Participate in new mold and new product design
2. Able to work overtime as needed
3- Other duties and projects as assigned.
