1. Maintain machinery and molds in proper working conditions
2. Supervises and coordinates daily mold setting and process adjustments.
3. Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and support continuous improvement activities
4. Reviews the production schedule, verifies print specifications, and requirements to determine
process, materials, machines and tooling requirements, as well as operations sequencing
5. Verifies set-ups performed by mold setters and technicians to achieve optimum quality results
6. Investigates malfunction of machines and equipment to determine need for repair
7. Assigns tasks to operators and identifies methods for coordinating the workflow to meet
the production schedule
8. Conducts in-process inspections and verification of finished parts so as to ascertain continuous
part and process quality conformance
Job Details:
A) Regular (Daily / weekly):
1- Responsible for safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
B) Infrequent ( Monthly / quarterly / annually) :
1. Participate in new mold and new product design
2. Able to work overtime as needed
3- Other duties and projects as assigned.
