- Perform Full Demonstration to Customers for the various Software & Hardware that the company provides.
- Proper Install & Configure Systems ( Hardware & Software ) at Customer sites.
- Professional Training to customers for the various software and hardware available.
- Oversee the proper performance of all system components of the installed solution.
- Receive inbound service desk calls, support request emails, and response in a timely manner with a resolution.
- Perform preventative maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to prevent errors specifically with point of sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and Printers.
- Excellent knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012 System and data backup, recovery, imaging Networking, routers, wireless access points SQL Database basics Office suite applications, email clients, browsers Remote desktop support, FTP Do not submit your CV unless you meet the requirements.
