Studying, Analyzing contract, project requirement, specification and drawing to determine and establish detailed activity plan in order to meet project goals.
Planning and directing activities concerned with the project planning of various projects, facilities, and systems.
Planning and scheduling projects, making detailed activity plans and proposals to accomplish corporate goals directing the integration of construction activities.
Reviewing, analyzing and summarizing project progress report including manpower utilization, equipment utilization, planning efficiency and expenses Vs budget & variance report.
Developing construction methods, labor utilization standards, and cost control systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Preparing master plan for each project with time schedule by using Microsoft Project Management or Primavera software.
Reviewing, Preparing and compiling Key performance indicators (KPI) summary report for the entire project management process in accordance with company quality objectives.
Any other tasks assigned by the Lead Planner.
