Taiba Hospital is the first private hospital in Kuwait to be accredited by MOH, UNICEF and WHO as a Baby Friendly Hospital. As such, we are looking for a Payroll Officer to join the People Division.
As a Payroll Officer within the People Division with Taiba Hospital your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide an efficient, accurate, responsive and professional Payroll service to Taiba Hospital.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry processed accurately on a monthly and yearly cycle to meet agreed deadlines for key milestones such as, monthly pay runs and year-end accounts including newly inducted employees, leave applications, amendments, and relevant deductions for both payroll and PIFSS.
- Act as first point of contact in payroll promptly dealing with employee payroll related inquiries/issues/concerns; participate and attend regular meetings with key contacts in finance ensuring payroll efficiency of service and alignment to hospital policies and procedures and local and labour laws;
- Ensure records of employment files are kept up to date for all staff in line with latest guidelines; maintain personnel files for all staff and ensure the database is kept up to date; provide accurate reports on personnel files when required.
